Drain Lining Guarantee

Certificate of Guarantee Nu Flow Liner

You will receive a certificate of guarantee to you. Complete liner guarantee except as noted in the exclusions herein, the parts of Nu Flow reline system and installed liner carry a lifetime normal use and maintenance for a standard guarantee of 10 years. We will repair or replace any defective part or portion of the liner during the guarantee period or the original purchaser or assigns. We guarantee against root intrusion or breakage of the liner along the entire installed length of the liner except as described in the exclusions section.

Exclusions To This Guarantee

This guarantee does not include service or labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective liner or portions thereof. All labor charges are the responsibility of the installing contractor(s) for the length of this guarantee, if any, and the defective liner as specifically provided herein. We will not provide any other form of compensation in lieu of the repair or exchange provision. the foregoing provisions state the exclusive remedy for any breach of guarantee or any other claim in respect to the product installed. The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties. Implied warranties include warranties of merchantability which are limited to the duration of the complete liner guarantee described herein. consequential, collateral or incidental damages for the breach of any guarantee whether expressed or implied including but not limited to extra utility expenses or losses to persons or property arising out of the failure of this equipment or material to operate for any reason whatsoever are excluded.

This guarantee does not cover losses or damage due to: (i) the actions, omissions, or stability of the independent contractor(s) who install or service the liner system; (ii) acts of god; (iii) corrosion or failure of host pipe at the attaching end; (iv) incidental property damage, loss of use, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential costs; (v) settling of the host pipe system; (vi) root intrusion arising from areas outside of the installed liner such as the main sewer at the far end of the liner; (vii) use of corrosives, vases fluid, acids, grease, or other fluids other than the liner was designed to carry.

Damage due to failure of the installed lining system is not included as part of the guarantee. Guarantee does not include failure of the host pipe to which the lining system is attached.

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. All claims relating to or arising out of the operation of this product are subject to binding arbitration under the auspices and rules of the American Arbitration Association and the Commercial Arbitration Act (Canada).
