Hot & Cold Pipe Lining Certifications (Potable Water)
Nu Flow's pipelining epoxies are certified by the National Sanitation Foundation International to meet NSF/ANSI Standard Number 61 - "Drinking Water System Components - Health Effects" for both domestic cold and hot water pipelining applications down to 1/2-inch pipe diameters and greater.
In addition to NSF/ANSI Standard Number 61, Nu Flow's pipelining epoxies are recognized by American Water Works Association AWWA/ANSI Standard Number C210-92 - "Standard for Liquid-Epoxy Coating Systems for the Interior and Exterior of Steel Water Pipelines".
All of our products meet ASTM standards.
We are members of the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors Association of San Diego which is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry, for the protection of our environment and the health, safety and comfort of society.
The ingredients which comprise the epoxy base/hardener components are FDA-approved products which are included in the NSF list of acceptable items for use in epoxy coating systems.
The abrading agent used for pipe cleaning is non-toxic and approved by the EPA and NSF for both open and closed blasting applications, and accepted by Air Resources Board jurisdictions across the United States.
